SERVICE FILELSV-04
Healthcare video production
Real clinicians, real patients and real places, filmed with the consent and care healthcare requires.
Who it's for: Health systems, specialty clinics, longevity and functional medicine practices, digital health companies and hospital innovation centers.
Healthcare audiences can tell stock footage from the real thing in a second. What earns trust is recognizable people doing real work: a nurse explaining a change she pushed for, a physician describing why a new pathway matters, a patient in their own words.
That kind of filming takes planning. We map consent before we schedule, work around clinical flow rather than through it, and keep patient information off camera unless there's a signed authorization. We film with a small crew so care isn't disrupted.
Typical projects: a service-line or facility launch, physician and nurse recruitment, a patient story for a new program, and executive or medical-leadership thought leadership.

Questions
How do you handle patient privacy?
Patients appear only with signed releases, and where your organization is a HIPAA covered entity, with the authorization your privacy office requires. We keep screens, charts and wristbands out of frame.
Can you film during clinic hours?
Yes, with a minimal crew and a shot plan agreed with your clinical lead. Some scenes are best recreated after hours.
Do you work with longevity and functional medicine clinics?
Yes. We filmed BioOne Sciences at the Vibrant Longevity Summit, an event for functional and integrative medicine practitioners.
